Here at CH we're passionate about helping to improve your wellbeing.

We’ve worked hard to create easy access to natural, pure, toxin-free products to scent your home and help boost your mood and we hope you love our products as much as we do. We are Heather and Natalie and we're sisters who, for the last 25 years, have been involved in the essential oil business... and yes, we smell amazing... well, most of the time!

We thought you might like to know a little more about us and our lovely little wellbeing business. We grew up in the family essential oil business and we're really excited to bring our pure CH Oils, Blends, Room Sprays and so much more to you to lift your mood, ease your mind and bring joy to your senses.

Hi, I'm Heather. I'm wife to Matthew and Mum to Connie, Ada, Rosie, Timone and Pumba... Connie and Ada are our very small and very cute humans and the rest are very patient family pets! I love that we're introducing our family business to you and I'm hoping you'll love it as much as we do. Our products are made for the most important place on earth...home! It's certainly my favourite place, my sister's favourite place on the other hand is on horseback (so yes, I smell amazing all the time....Nat, just most of the time!).

Natalie

Hi, I'm Nat. I'm Mum to Dolly (my Cockapoo ♥) and Duece and Ted (my horses) oh and partner to Rick, poor boy..! I'm a British Horse Society accredited professional coach and I'm also an Advanced level dressage rider. I'm a real morning person, which is lucky as Heather is definitely an afternoon person! (she just loves to sleep!) Our family business has always been essential oils which has been good as it's always meant that the smell of horses was never an issue in our house growing up. I've been blending and mixing 100% pure essential oils since I was tiny and I love how they can change your mood, lift you up, transport you to happy places or just wrap you in a sense of calm.

We can arrange delivery worldwide with high reliability. The charge will reflect only the cost of shipping to the country required and orders can generally be delivered within 14 days.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and Exchanges

Should you be unhappy with your purchase we will exchange or refund purchases if returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Exchange goods may incur a further postal charge, however, this would be communicated prior to dispatch. Our returns policy conforms to the requirements of The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000. If a customer wants to cancel an order they can do so by giving written confirmation within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods were received.

Credit Card Refunds

On return of items we can only credit funds to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase from chlife online is easy. Just browse the site, click the items that you wish to buy and place them in the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping click on "Proceed to checkout" and you will be asked for the details we need to satisfy your order. All orders are subject to availability of stock and if there is anything that we are unable to supply we will immediately inform you and adjust your order to reflect the removal of the items.

If a customer wants to cancel an order they can do so by giving written confirmation within seven working days from the day after that on which the goods were received.

Fast Delivery

We will dispatch orders placed before 3pm GMT on the same day. UK customers can expect their purchases to arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
